Text Messaging Terms
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, through the chat on our website, a form, or by texting us first), you agree to receive text messages from Spring Hope Family Dentistry.
- What we send: replies to your questions, help with scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and other messages about your care. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send occasional offers and news. You never have to agree to marketing texts to get care or to hear back from us.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service from us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission to use it.
Texting works best for quick questions and scheduling. Please don’t send detailed health information by text, and don’t use text for anything urgent. For urgent dental needs, call us at (252) 478-3422. For a medical emergency, call 911.
