Dr. Abboud places it in the jawbone, where it fuses with the bone over a couple of months, a process called osseointegration. Once it’s solid, a custom crown attaches on top. The result looks like a tooth, chews like a tooth, and gets brushed like a tooth.
What makes implants different from bridges and dentures is what happens underneath. When a tooth is lost, the bone that held it starts to shrink. A bridge sits above the gum and a denture rests on top of it. Neither stops that shrinking. Here’s how implant pricing usually works: an ad says “implants starting at $X.” Then the treatment plan arrives, with a bone graft added, a membrane added, an abutment they didn’t mention, and the real number is thousands higher.
We don’t do that. After your $99 consultation and 3D scan, you get one exact number in writing. Whatever your case needs inside your package (grafts, membrane, extraction), the number doesn’t change. Your scan sorts you into a defined package before you commit a dollar to treatment, and sinus lifts are the only thing ever quoted separately, in writing, at that same visit.

Every implant case here begins with a 3D CBCT scan (RAYSCAN Alpha Plus) so we can see your bone, nerves, and sinuses in three dimensions. We plan the placement digitally, and for guided cases we design and 3D-print a surgical guide in-house on our SprintRay printer. Our Shining3D scanner with photogrammetry captures implant positions with the accuracy full-arch cases demand, and our Versah osseodensification burs prepare the implant site while preserving, actually densifying, your existing bone. We place Neodent implants from the Straumann Group as our primary system, with SIN implants for softer bone and select cases.

Do you do the whole thing in your office?
Yes. Scan, planning, extraction, grafting, implant placement, and the final crown all happen at our Spring Hope office. No referrals, no second office, no separate surgical bill.
What if I was told I don’t have enough bone?
Get a second opinion. Ours is free if you bring your treatment plan. Between socket grafting, sinus lifts, osseodensification, and implant systems designed for softer bone, “not enough bone” is a solvable problem far more often than patients are told.
