All-on-X, often called All-on-4, replaces an entire arch of failing or missing teeth with a fixed bridge anchored on four to five implants. At Spring Hope Family Dentistry, serving Spring Hope, Rocky Mount, Nashville, and Wilson, the price is $25,000 per arch. That includes your extractions, the implants, the fixed teeth you walk out wearing the same day, and the final zirconia bridge. One number, nothing quoted in pieces.

What All-on-X Actually Is
When most or all of the teeth in an arch are failing, from decay, gum disease, or years of wear, patching them one at a time stops making sense. All-on-X takes a different approach: remove what can’t be saved, place four to five implants positioned to make the most of your available bone, and attach a full arch of teeth to them. The result is fixed. It doesn’t come out at night, doesn’t need adhesive, and doesn’t float on your gums like a denture. You eat, speak, and smile with teeth that are anchored to your jaw.
The “X” is the number of implants: usually four, sometimes five, depending on what your bone offers. Your 3D scan decides that, not a sales script.

Yes, You Leave With Teeth the Same Day
This is the part patients don’t believe until it happens. The morning of surgery, Dr. Abboud removes the failing teeth, places your implants, and attaches a full set of fixed provisional teeth, designed ahead of time and 3D-printed in-house on our SprintRay printer. You arrive with failing teeth and leave with a fixed smile the same day.
Those provisional teeth aren’t the finish line. They protect the implants while the bone fuses over the next few months, and then the final bridge arrives.
One Price Includes the Final Zirconia Bridge
Read full-arch quotes carefully, because there’s a version of the “starting at” game built just for All-on-4: the advertised price covers the surgery and the temporary teeth, and the final bridge, the part you’ll actually live with for decades, shows up later as a second bill.
We don’t do that. Your $25,000 includes the final bridge in monolithic zirconia, delivered about 3 to 4 months after surgery once your implants have fused. Zirconia is the strongest material in common use for full-arch teeth. This is the permanent set, not an upgrade you’ll be offered later. After your scan, you get one exact number in writing. It never changes after we start.
Why It Beats a Denture
A conventional upper denture covers your palate and stays put by suction. A lower denture mostly stays put by hope. Both rest on gums that keep shrinking, which is why dentures get looser every year. All-on-X is anchored to the bone, so there’s no palate covering the roof of your mouth, no adhesive, no slipping mid-sentence. The implants themselves keep the bone stimulated, slowing the shrinkage that ages a denture wearer’s face.
If a fixed arch is more than you need or want to invest, a snap-in implant overdenture is the honest middle option for the lower jaw: removable, but anchored on implants, with exact packages between $10,000 and $15,000. Worth knowing for upper arches: a stable upper snap-in needs four implants, which prices close to All-on-X territory anyway, so for uppers the fixed arch is usually the smarter buy. We’ll lay both side by side at your consult without steering you to the bigger number.
Dr. Abboud’s Take
“When I took over this practice, I wanted us to be able to offer everything, from a simple partial to full All-on-X. When you can do it all, nobody gets pushed toward the biggest treatment. If gum therapy and a few fillings can keep your natural teeth working for another five or ten years, that’s what we’ll tell you. And when the teeth truly can’t be saved, All-on-X is the best answer we have.”

How Photogrammetry Makes the Fit Right
A full-arch bridge has to seat on four or five implants at once, passively, with no rocking or tension. Those are tolerances a regular impression struggles to capture. We use a Shining3D scanner with built-in photogrammetry to record your implant positions digitally with the accuracy full-arch work demands. It’s one of the reasons we can print same-day teeth that actually fit, and it’s technology no other office in this area is using. More on our implant technology page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really teeth the same day?
Yes. Fixed provisional teeth go on the same day as your surgery, printed in-house ahead of time. You’ll eat softer foods while the implants fuse, then receive the final zirconia bridge at about 3 to 4 months.
What’s the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-X?
Same concept. “All-on-4” is the original four-implant version; the “X” acknowledges that some arches do better with five. Your scan determines your number, and the price doesn’t hinge on it.
How do I clean a fixed full arch?
You brush it like natural teeth and clean under the bridge with a water flosser and the tools we’ll walk you through at delivery. It stays in. Cleaning is a routine, not a project.
Am I too old for this?
Age alone almost never rules anyone out. Health and bone matter more than birthdays, and the 3D scan answers the bone question definitively. We’ve planned full arches for patients across a very wide age range.
Why do All-on-4 quotes vary so much between offices?
Usually because they’re not quoting the same thing. Some quotes exclude extractions, some exclude the final bridge, some bill the temporary and final separately. Ours includes all of it, which makes comparing quotes easy. Bring any quote in and we’ll go through it line by line, free.
