Dr. Hilary trained at ECU in Greenville, and she has spent her career caring for patients across Wilson, Elm City, and the surrounding communities, many of the same families who now visit us in Spring Hope. She knows this area, and she practices the way we do: take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and treat people like neighbors rather than appointments.

Dr. Hilary works alongside Dr. Elie Abboud, who owns the practice. Two dentists under one roof means more room in the schedule, including the days when something hurts and you need to be seen soon.
Both doctors work with the same hygienists, assistants and front office, so whoever you see, you get the same honest answers and real prices.

Our office is at 615 E Nash St in Spring Hope, a short drive from Nashville, Rocky Mount, Wilson and Elm City.
New patients are welcome, and your first visit comes with digital X-rays, a 3D scan and time to go over everything with real prices.

What does DMD mean, and is it different from DDS?
They’re the same degree. Each dental school chooses which name to award: East Carolina University grants the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), and UNC Chapel Hill grants the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Both dentists passed the same national board exams and hold a North Carolina dental license.
