Dr. Hilary Patterson, DMD joined Spring Hope Family Dentistry in August 2026 and will be seeing patients full time beginning in September. She’s the second dentist on our team, which means more appointment times, shorter waits, and the same patient-first care this practice is known for.

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine
- Bachelor’s degree, North Carolina State University
- Experience in comprehensive family dentistry, most recently with Carolina Family Health Centers in Wilson, NC
Eastern North Carolina, Through and Through
Dr. Patterson is an eastern North Carolina dentist through and through. She trained at ECU in Greenville, and she has spent her career caring for patients across Wilson, Elm City, and the surrounding communities, many of the same families who now visit us in Spring Hope. She knows this area, and she practices the way we do: take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and treat people like neighbors rather than appointments.
