Complete Dentures

At Spring Hope Family Dentistry — proudly serving Spring Hope, Rocky Mount, Nashville, Wilson, and the surrounding area — Dr. Elie Abboud offers complete dentures for patients who have lost all of their teeth in the upper or lower arch. We provide two quality tiers — premium lab-made dentures crafted by top American laboratories, and affordable 3D-printed dentures fabricated in-house — so you can choose the option that best fits your goals and budget.

What Are Complete Dentures?

Complete dentures (also called full dentures) are removable prosthetics that replace all teeth in an entire arch. They rest on the gums and are custom-shaped to match your facial structure, restoring your ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.

Complete dentures are appropriate when all teeth are already missing (conventional dentures) or when remaining teeth need to be removed first (immediate dentures).

Premium Lab-Made Complete Dentures

Our premium complete dentures are handcrafted by top American dental laboratories — including Stone Lab, New Hope Dental Lab in Charlotte, and Glidewell in California. These dentures use the highest-quality materials and are custom-shaded and sculpted for the most natural, lifelike appearance.

  • Handcrafted by certified American lab technicians
  • Premium acrylic and porcelain options
  • Custom shade matching for natural appearance
  • Hard reline included at 6–12 months
  • Soft reline (~2 weeks post-delivery) included

3D-Printed Complete Dentures

For patients looking for quality dentures at a lower price point, we fabricate complete dentures in-house using our SprintRay Pro 2 3D printer. These dentures use SprintRay High Impact Denture Resin for the base and OnX Tough 2 for teeth — delivering a durable, well-fitting denture at a fraction of the cost.

  • Fabricated in-house — ready in as few as 3 business days (same-day available with expedited fee)
  • Digitally designed for precise fit
  • Durable 3D-printed materials
  • Easy to adjust, reline, or duplicate

Complete Dentures Starting at $1,229

Your total cost depends on the type of denture, materials selected, and whether additional procedures (like extractions) are needed. During your free consultation, Dr. Abboud will evaluate your situation, discuss your options, and provide a clear, personalized estimate — no surprises.

Conventional vs. Immediate Complete Dentures

Conventional dentures are made after all teeth have been removed and the gums have fully healed (typically 8–12 weeks). This allows the most accurate fit from day one.

Immediate dentures are fabricated before your extraction visit and delivered the same day your teeth are removed — so you never go without teeth. A soft reline is included approximately 2 weeks after delivery, and a hard reline is performed at 6–12 months once healing is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do complete dentures last?
With proper care, quality dentures typically last 5–10 years. They may need periodic relines or adjustments as your jawbone changes shape over time.

Will dentures look natural?
Absolutely. Both our premium lab-made and 3D-printed dentures are custom-designed to match your facial structure, skin tone, and desired tooth shade.

Can I eat normally with dentures?
Most patients adapt to eating with dentures within a few weeks. Start with softer foods and gradually work up to your normal diet. For the most secure fit, consider implant-supported overdentures.

Do you offer a free second opinion?
Yes. If you’ve been quoted elsewhere, bring your treatment plan and we’ll give you an honest evaluation at no charge.

Digital Impressions — No Goopy Molds

Hate the gagging and discomfort of traditional impression material? So do we. At Spring Hope Family Dentistry, we use digital intraoral scanners instead of messy putty impressions for your dentures. The scanner captures a precise 3D map of your mouth in minutes — it’s faster, more comfortable, and produces a more accurate fit than traditional molds. Just one more reason patients from across the region choose us for their denture care.
