A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Dr. Abboud is passionate about using the latest technology to enhance patient care and comfort. He takes pride in building strong relationships with his patients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and confident in their treatment plans.

Amber Baker, RDH
Amber is a compassionate and skilled dental hygienist with 4 years of experience in the field. Amber joined our practice in 2024 and has quickly become a valuable part of our team. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Phillip, their daughter, Everly, and their dog, Layla. They love to visit the beach, where they create lasting memories together.
Kasi Sauls, RDH
Kasi is a dedicated Dental Hygienist at Spring Hope Family Dentistry, committed to making patients feel like family while educating them on their oral health. A 2019 graduate and former President of her Dental Hygiene class, Kasi loves helping people feel confident in their smiles. In her free time, she enjoys trips to the beach, antiquing, spending time with her dogs, Jack and River, and supporting her husband in running their own business.
Gena Grey, DAII
Gena has been a Dental Assistant for five years and joined Spring Hope Family Dentistry in February 2023. Gena is also a Spring Hope Native. She is committed to providing excellent care and is excited to continue helping our patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside of her work, Gena loves spending quality time with her fiancé, Logan. Whether it's exploring the mountains or enjoying a relaxing day at the beach.
Cortney Thorne, DAII
Cortney is a dedicated and experienced dental assistant with 5 years of experience in the field. Cortney joined our practice in 2024, bringing her expertise and positive attitude to every appointment. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Jake, and their son, Weston. As a family, they love being outdoors, whether it's at the park or the beach.
Yesenia Martinez, DAII
With two years of experience as a dental assistant, Yesenia is dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients. Outside of the office, Yesenia enjoys spending time with her playful four-year-old miniature schnauzer, Journey. When she's not out on a hike or playing tennis, she cherishes moments spent with her family. A lover of the outdoors, Yesenia values staying active and connecting with nature in her free time.
Jeanette Riggins, Office Manager
Jeanette has been with Spring Hope Family Dentistry since 2001 and serves as the Office Manager. She oversees daily operations and ensures that patients have a positive experience from start to finish. A lifelong Spring Hope resident, Jeanette values the relationships she has built with patients over the years. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and spoiling her grandchildren alongside her husband of 40 years, Tim.
Shelbie Dion, Front Desk Receptionist
Shelbie is the friendly face and welcoming voice you'll encounter when you visit our office. She joined our practice in December of 2024. Shelbie loves spending time with her family, diving into a good book, and using her creativity to make unique keychains for her small business.
